Raspberry Butter

There is nothing better than fresh baked bread with Raspberry Butter...Enjoy
Raspberry Butter from One More Moore

1 stick (1/4 lb) salted butter, room temperature
1/4 C raspberry preserves
2 Tbsp powdered sugar

Place in mixer and beat until well combined. Store in refrigerator

• 1/4 pound (1 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature
• 1/2 cup good raspberry preserves
• 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
Combine the butter, raspberry preserves, and salt in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment. Serve at room temperature.

Wow! I never thought of doing this. I absolutely LOVE apple butter but trying with different fruit is a great idea. Thanks!
